2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

We work diligently to ensure your tea arrives fresh and fast:

Dispatch Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed and dispatched on the same business day.
Transit Timeline: Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 business days for metro cities and 4 to 7 days for remote locations.

3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Tier

Shipping fees are calculated transparently at checkout:

FREE Shipping: Applicable on all orders totaling ₹499 or more.
Flat Rate: A flat shipping charge of ₹49 is applied to orders below ₹499.
